Our Service

Technical Service Promise
1. The machines undergo material testing and trial production before departing the factory.
2. We are accountable for the installation and adjustment of the machines, and will provide training to the buyer's technicians on machine operation.
3. A one-year warranty is provided: If there is any breakdown in key parts (excluding those caused by human factors and easily damaged parts), we will assist the buyer with repairs or part replacements.
4. We will provide lifelong maintenance service for the machines, regularly sending workers for follow-up visits to help the buyer resolve significant issues and upkeep the machine.
